2. Eligibility
- Accounts may only be created by parents, teachers, or school administrators.
- Students do not create accounts themselves.
- By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to manage student accounts.
3. Account Creation and Use
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account.
- Parents/teachers are responsible for managing student accounts, including login credentials.
- Account credentials must remain confidential. You are responsible for all activities under your account.
- Sharing login credentials with unauthorized users is prohibited.
4. Subscription Plans and Free Trial
- MathUplift requires a subscription to access content and features.
- New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial . Trial access may be limited to certain features.
- After the free trial, subscriptions automatically convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends.
- All payments are securely processed. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- You can manage, cancel, or update your subscription through your account settings.
5. Use of Services
- MathUplift is intended for educational purposes only.
- Prohibited uses include:
- Unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing MathUplift content without permission
- Using the service for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purposes
6. Content Ownership
- All MathUplift content—including lessons, exercises, graphics, and software—is owned by MathUplift or its licensors.
- Users may view and use content for personal/student educational purposes only .
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
7. Privacy and Children’s Use
- We collect personal information only from parents, teachers, and schools .
- Students do not provide personal information; they receive login ID and password only .
- We use analytics (like Google Analytics) to improve the platform.
- Parents/teachers can manage communications, reset student accounts, and control student access.

8. Communication
- We may send emails about account updates, subscription notifications, weekly progress reports, and optional promotional content.
- Users may opt out of marketing emails via account settings.
9. School and Teacher Accounts
- Schools or teachers acting as administrators must ensure all accounts are used appropriately.
- Schools are responsible for compliance with applicable laws regarding student data.
10. Termination or Suspension
- MathUplift may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, unlawful activities, or misuse of the platform.
- Termination does not relieve obligations for any unpaid subscription fees.
11. Refunds and Cancellations
- Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Paid subscriptions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
- You may cancel at any time; your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- MathUplift is provided “as-is” and “as available”.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- MathUplift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months .
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in courts located in Dallas, Texas .
- Optional: Arbitration clause can be added if you prefer binding arbitration instead of court.
